Job summary

Phat Panda in Pullman, WA, is seeking an Indoor Cultivation Associate for our Phat Panda operations. This full-time role involves hands-on plant care from clone to harvest, with a steady 40-hour schedule and on-site work in a climate-controlled indoor facility.

You will prune, train, feed, and monitor crops across veg, flower, and harvest stages, contributing to trials and new growing methods while collaborating with a dedicated crew.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• No prior experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Canopy management: prune, defoliate, train plants for even, high-quality yields
• Full-cycle crop support: monitor crops through veg, flower, harvest
• Feeding: prepare and deliver nutrient mixes on schedule
• Room readiness: keep grow spaces and equipment clean and inspection-ready
• Setup & climate: assist with room flips and environment settings
• Harvest days: assist cutting, hanging, and post-harvest processing
• Research projects: contribute to growing trials and new strains
• Team support: take on cultivation tasks as needed
