Job summary

Phat Panda in Pullman, WA is seeking a Cultivation Care Specialist to join our indoor grow operation. You'll manage the daily well-being of our plants from clone through harvest in a fast-paced environment, performing hands-on care and adhering to SOPs.

This full-time role offers $18.13 per hour, 40 hours weekly, PTO after 6 months, and a benefits package. Physical effort required and room for growth within our cultivation team.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience: No cultivation background required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prune, train, and tuck plants to support healthy structure and strong yields.
• Tend to plants across growth stages from vegetative to harvest.
• Mix and apply nutrient solutions and other cultivation inputs.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready grow rooms and equipment.
• Help set up rooms and fine-tune environmental controls.
• Lend a hand during harvest and post-harvest processing.
• Take part in R&D trials focused on refining genetics and technique.
• Jump in wherever the cultivation team needs extra support.
