Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Facilities Support Coordinator to keep the site running smoothly—coordinating maintenance needs, tracking work orders, and pitching in on daily operations across the facility. This is an active role that has you moving throughout the building, not sitting behind a desk.

We offer a full-time position with a base pay of $18.88 per hour, benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus free meals and employee product samples.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Administrative, facilities, or operations experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance coordination and tracking of work orders.
• Recordkeeping of shared spreadsheets and schedules.
• Prepare and edit reports and paperwork with accuracy and deadlines.
• Front‑line support and distribution of supplies to teams.
• Coordinate facility services with vendors and support compliance needs.
• Assist with R&D projects and sanitation initiatives.

The Role

We're looking for a Facilities Support Coordinator to help keep our site running smoothly — coordinating maintenance needs, tracking work orders, and pitching in on daily operations across the facility. This is an active role that has you moving throughout the building, not sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll Handle

• Maintenance Coordination: log and track work orders, schedules, and equipment needs, and help keep preventive maintenance programs on schedule
• Recordkeeping: keep shared operational spreadsheets, schedules, and tracking sheets current and accurate
• Documentation: prepare, proofread, and edit reports, correspondence, and other paperwork with an eye for accuracy and deadlines
• Front-Line Support: field phone calls and day-to-day inquiries professionally, and distribute supplies, materials, and equipment to the right teams
• Vendor & Compliance Coordination: help coordinate facility-related services with outside vendors and support inspection and compliance needs as they come up
• General Operations: assist with R&D projects, sanitation-related initiatives, and other tasks that keep the facility running well

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Administrative, facilities, or operations experience preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable walking, climbing, and crouching throughout a warehouse-style environment
