Job Summary
We're adding a Plant Care Specialist to our Pullman cultivation crew. In this role, you'll manage the daily well-being of our plants from clone through harvest, helping uphold the quality benchmarks Phat Panda is known for. This is hands‑on, physically active work inside a fast‑moving indoor grow operation — not a desk job.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prune, train, and tuck plants to support healthy structure and strong yields
- Tend to plants across every growth stage, from vegetative through flowering and harvest
- Mix and apply nutrient solutions and other cultivation inputs
- Maintain clean, audit‑ready grow rooms and equipment
- Help set up rooms and fine‑tune environmental controls
- Lend a hand during harvest and post‑harvest processing
- Take part in R&D trials focused on refining genetics and technique
- Jump in wherever the cultivation team needs extra support
Compensation & Schedule
This full‑time position pays $18.13 per hour for a consistent 40‑hour workweek, with quarterly pay increases that recognize your ongoing contribution to the team.

Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Experience: No cultivation background required — prior horticulture or agriculture experience is a plus, but we're glad to train motivated candidates ready to learn
Physical Demands
- Able to stand or sit for shifts up to 8 hours
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand motions such as pruning and trimming
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Occasional crouching, climbing, or crawling
- Good color vision and visual acuity
