Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to guide and grow its federal construction programs in the Indo-Pacific region. You will develop pursuit strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver complex projects across Hawaii, Guam, and nearby areas.

The role requires seasoned program management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50% annually to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming partners, bids, and resources for complex Indo-Pacific projects.
• Plan and conduct work involving independent judgment on engineering/construction techniques.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for challenging locations.
• Prepare detailed statements of work and obtain stakeholder concurrence.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation; monitor project status and profitability.
• Staff projects, manage outside resources, and ensure procurement processes are followed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with sales to scope and cost new work.
