Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand the firm’s federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region, with travel up to 50% and options in Hawaii, Guam, or broader Indo-Pacific.

You will develop pursuit strategies, define project scope, schedules and budgets, manage risk and staffing, and build strong client relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 10 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as duties require.
• Equivalent additional related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners and bidding tactics.
• Plan and conduct work using engineering/construction techniques.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare detailed statements of work and work breakdown structures.
• Assess and mitigate project risks and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage project costs and profitability; identify residual risk.
• Monitor project status and escalate risks as needed.
• Staff projects and coordinate staffing including subs/vendors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to evaluate new work and assist scoping.
