Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand the federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region, including Hawaii, Guam, and other remote islands. You will develop pursuit strategies, manage scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, and build strong client relationships to ensure on-time, profitable project outcomes.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and proven ability to lead

Travel domestically and internationally may be required.
Equivalent directly related experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, teaming, bidding tactics, and resources for complex Indo-Pacific projects.
Plan and evaluate engineering/construction methods and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
Prepare statements of work and secure approvals from stakeholders.
Assess risks and implement mitigation; ensure adherence to PM policies.
Manage project costs and profitability; identify residual risks.
Monitor project status and escalate risks as needed.
Coordinate staffing and outside resources; manage procurement.
Build and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales to scope and cost potential new work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
