Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand a federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. The role requires directing pursuit strategies, defining work scopes, and managing risks and stakeholders across complex projects.

Travel up to 50% may be required; successful candidates will build client relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes while collaborating with sales to scope new work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of related experience preferred
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 50%
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading complex programs in federal construction or similar

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies and teaming arrangements for Indo-Pacific projects
• Plan and evaluate project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives
• Prepare detailed statements of work and manage risk mitigation
• Oversee staffing plans, subs/vendors, and procurement processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales leaders on scoping and cost estimation
