Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources for delivering projects in complex Indo-Pacific locations.
Plan and evaluate work using standard engineering/construction techniques and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for challenging projects.
Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures; obtain approvals from stakeholders.
Assess risk and implement mitigation; ensure adherence to PM policies and practices.
Manage project costs and profitability; communicate residual risk (time and cost).
Monitor project status; identify risks and implement mitigation; escalate as needed.
Coordinate staffing and resource plans; identify outside resources and procurement processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with on-time, quality outcomes.
Collaborate with sales leaders to scope and cost potential new work.
