People Incorporated is seeking a Direct Care Professional - Individual Supports for a part-time schedule in Taunton, MA. Responsibilities

Support adults with development disabilities in their homes.
Implement individualized programs per Individual Service Plans.
Provide for health, welfare, and safety of individuals.
Coordinate community outings and activities.
Document medication administration and health observations.
