Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Southcoast MA area. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping with daily activities and maintaining structured routines.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and competitive wages. Schedule includes evenings with multiple openings across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED — we offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Support individuals with scheduled community outings.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care and assist with medical appointments.
