People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with development disabilities in residential settings in the Taunton area. Positions available include part-time evenings, full-time, and relief/per diem with no prior experience required and paid on-the-job training.

You will help with daily living, meals, personal care, and accompanying residents on community outings, while maintaining a structured routine.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy helping others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist with meals and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medical appointments.
• Coordinate individual community outings and maintain routines.
• Provide a structured, supportive residential environment.
