Job summary

Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join the Development team. You will support renewal, increase, and new annual fund gifts and help roll out a monthly giving program.

The role includes coordinating Open Rehearsals and other cultivation events, with close collaboration across Development and Marketing. You will oversee the Development Assistant, manage donor profiles in Tessitura, and contribute to prospect research and gala materials.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working in development focused on membership and individual giving.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including donor databases—Tessitura experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fund campaigns for members giving under $2,500 and manage multi-channel solicitations.
• Support the Sustaining Membership program and oversee monthly giving donors.
• Oversee Membership Benefits fulfillment and donor acknowledgments.
• Pull donor lists for appeals and mail merges; coordinate with Marketing on email lists.
