Job summary

EY in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Tax Technology and Transformation professional to drive indirect tax process improvements and automation for client engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape tax technology strategy, and deliver scalable tax solutions across ERP and tax software ecosystems.

Travel up to 50% is expected; you will collaborate with client teams, guide data analytics initiatives, and help ensure compliant, efficient tax operations in a dynamic regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect tax processes and compliance.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Relevant certifications or progress toward CPA/bar.

Responsibilities

• Help client tax departments operate at peak efficiency.
• Transfer control of tax decisions to tax specialists.
• Define solutions, coordinate resources, deliver final products.
