Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Tax Technology Manager to join its Tax and Finance team. This role focuses on indirect tax platforms, optimizing tax automation, and ensuring compliant tax determination across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Vertex O Series experience and a strong Sales & Use Tax background, with ERP system exposure (preferably SAP). The position offers a hybrid work model after onboarding and significant enterprise tech exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect tax, tax technology, ERP systems, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex O Series is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Vertex O Series and Vertex Indirect Tax Accelerator.
• Maintain tax determination rules, taxability matrices, jurisdiction assignments, exemption configurations, and legal entity structures.
• Support tax content updates, system upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Monitor tax engine performance, troubleshoot calculation issues, and ensure accurate tax determination across units.
• Collaborate with SAP and other ERP-related tax configurations and partner with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
