Atrium seeks an Indirect Tax Manager to oversee multi-state Sales & Use Tax compliance, tax technology systems, and process improvements for a growing U.S. organization.

You will manage tax returns, audits, and reporting while partnering with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and processes. You will lead a team, monitor changes in tax law, and provide guidance on taxability and exemptions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years indirect tax experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Sales & Use Tax and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with Vertex O Series and ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee U.S. multi-state Sales & Use Tax compliance, including return reviews, filings, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain Vertex tax systems and SAP configurations, including taxability rules, exemption certificates, nexus, and jurisdiction settings.
• Partner with IT and business teams on system enhancements, testing, automation, and process improvements.
• Support property tax compliance, tax notices, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor tax law changes, assess compliance risks, and maintain documentation and internal controls.
• Advise business stakeholders on taxability, exemptions, and indirect tax implications.
• Lead team development, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Standardize tax processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
