Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to join our procurement team. This hands-on role focuses on indirect spend with a strong emphasis on IT and Marketing/Commercial sourcing, delivering strategies and execution.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing, a solid indirect background, and proven supplier management and negotiation skills. On-site presence required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement / strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong indirect procurement background.
• Direct sourcing experience within IT and/or Marketing/Commercial spend.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to own sourcing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Pharma experience is a plus, but not required.
• On-site availability 3 days per week.
