Job summary

JCW Group’s client in Northern Colorado is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect to own strategic sourcing across Marketing, Commercial, and IT spend. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office.

You would lead sourcing strategy, manage indirect spend portfolios, negotiate contracts, and build strong supplier partnerships with Marketing, Commercial, and IT teams to meet their sourcing needs.

Qualifications

• Led sourcing strategy and indirect spend portfolios.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management.
• Experience negotiating contracts and building supplier partnerships.
• Worked with Marketing, Commercial, or IT teams to meet sourcing needs.
• Skilled in running RFPs, evaluating vendors, identifying cost savings, and building category roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sourcing efforts across Marketing, Commercial, and IT spend categories.
• Develop category roadmaps and drive cost savings across indirect spend.
• Lead RFPs and vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sourcing needs and optimize supplier relationships.
