Wesco is seeking a Manager – Responsible Sourcing to develop and execute strategic sourcing programs, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive growth across Global Accounts, EES, and CSS.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coach partners, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven insights using Power BI and CRM tools. Hybrid work arrangements in Glenview support flexible collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sales and/or large account management experience.
• 3+ years in planning and development of outreach activity for responsible sourcing.
• 2+ years people management and/or large program management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning.
• Cross-functional leadership and relationship building.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.
• Willing to travel 0–25%.

Responsabilidades

• Implement responsible sourcing vision aligned with company goals.
• Manage joint-strategic account planning with cross-functional teams.
• Hold suppliers and partners accountable for annual initiatives.
• Provide guidance to drive growth with Global Accounts and CSS.
• Conduct regular account reviews and resolve issues.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Coach sales to position sourcing solutions with decision makers.
• Support customer RFP responses with sourcing questions.
• Develop relationships with SBUs and cross-functional teams.
• Promote responsible sourcing events and recognize efforts.
