Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Indirect Procurement Leader for the CST segment to drive global sourcing strategies and category initiatives. You will own the MRO strategy (~$25M) and support other indirect spend categories while aligning with CST priorities and cost targets.

In this role you will participate in global category councils, manage an ~$80M indirect spend portfolio, and translate segment requirements into procurement actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience in MRO/maintenance procurement.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the MRO category strategy for CST (~$25M) spend.
• Lead RFx events, supplier sourcing activities, and contract negotiations for MRO.
• Develop supplier strategies to maximize leverage and cost productivity.
• Establish and track MRO KPIs and SLAs with CST operations.
