Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Indirect Procurement Leader for the CST segment. You will own the MRO category strategy, lead RFx events, drive supplier strategies and manage an ~80M indirect spend portfolio. This role partners with CST Operations, Finance and global procurement to ensure cost targets and value realization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, category management or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in MRO or maintenance procurement.
• Ability to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the MRO category strategy within CST (~$25M).
• Lead RFx events, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Create supplier strategies to improve cost productivity and resilience.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs; monitor performance with CST teams.
• Translate global procurement standards to CST context and drive value.
