Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex MRO spend portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year sourcing strategies for MRO materials and services.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, e-auctions, and supplier selections.
• Standardize specifications, consolidate spend, and optimize supplier networks.
• Develop data-driven category strategies using spend analytics and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to align reliability and budgets.
