This individual drives global sourcing strategies for MRO (~$25M) and supports other indirect spend categories while aligning with CST priorities and cost targets.

Responsibilities include leading RFx events, supplier negotiation, and KPI tracking across an ~$80M CST indirect spend portfolio. Travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in procurement, category management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in MRO or maintenance procurement.
• Travel about 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own MRO category strategy (~$25M) for CST.
• Lead RFx events, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiations for MRO.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost and resilience.
• Oversee global category execution and ensure policy alignment within CST.
