Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Indirect Procurement Leader for the CST segment to drive MRO category strategy and lead global sourcing initiatives. You will own RFx events, negotiate with suppliers, and manage CST's indirect spend portfolio while aligning with corporate procurement standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement and MRO, strong category management skills, and the ability to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of procurement, category management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in MRO, parts, or maintenance procurement.
• Ability to travel ~10% domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the MRO category strategy (~$25M) for CST.
• Lead RFx events, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiations for MRO.
• Develop supplier strategies to maximize leverage and cost productivity.
• Establish and track MRO KPIs and SLAs with CST operations.
• Support global category strategies for Professional Services, Travel, etc.
• Translate global standards to CST context for policy consistency.
• Participate in global category councils and strategy reviews.
• Drive adoption of global sourcing initiatives within CST.
• Serve as CST Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering liaison.
• Manage CST's ~$80M indirect spend portfolio and budgeting.
• Identify CST market insights for global leadership.
• Oversee compliance with procurement policies and controls.
• Monitor spend trends and supplier performance.
• Execute contracts and procurement transactions.
• Proactively manage supplier risk and continuity.
• Embed ESG into CST procurement.
• Support ESG data collection and reporting.
