Job summary

Caribou Coffee seeks a Buyer, Indirect Procurement to manage FFE, smallwares, packaging, and store services. You will drive category strategies, supplier performance, and cost savings across store openings and ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sourcing and strong negotiation, with cross‑functional collaboration skills to align with Product, Facilities, Finance and Legal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience with indirect categories including FFE, smallwares, or store services preferred.
• Experience with new store openings, remodels, or onboarding suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategies and supplier matrix for indirect procurement.
• Plan and execute competitive bid, quote, and proposal processes.
• Negotiate contracts and support onboarding of new suppliers with Legal and Finance.
• Manage category spend, deliver cost savings, and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate NSO sourcing, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional collaboration.
