Job summary

Corden Pharma Colorado is seeking an Indirect Materials Coordinator to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of indirect materials. This role serves as the primary Receiving and Mailroom contact and ensures accurate inventory records with timely internal deliveries.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, plus a focus on safety and cGMP compliance in collaboration with procurement and site departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in receiving, mailroom operations, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and tracking materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound deliveries of indirect materials and parcel shipments.
• Coordinate receipt, temporary storage, and distribution of indirect materials across the site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular reconciliations.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and inquiries.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance in all material handling activities.
