Job summary

Corden Pharma Colorado is seeking an Indirect Materials Coordinator to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of non-BOM materials. You will coordinate mailroom activities, maintain inventory records, and support ongoing logistics with internal customers and suppliers.

The role requires organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely material flow, safety, and regulatory compliance in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain Forklift certification. Training provided on site.
• Must be able to obtain DOT/IATA certification. Training provided if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound deliveries of indirect materials and packages.
• Coordinate receipt, temporary storage, and distribution of indirect materials across the site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory reconciliations.
• Monitor deliveries and lead times to ensure materials arrive as required.
• Serve as primary point of contact for indirect material, receiving, and mailroom inquiries.
