Job summary

PSECU is hiring an Indirect Loan Officer to process vehicle loan applications from indirect program participants, including third-party refi companies and other vendors.

You will serve as the first contact for dealer and member inquiries and handle submissions from start to decisioning.

Qualifications

• High School (Required) Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications submitted by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
• Review verification documents from dealers and members for accuracy and legitimacy.
• Coach dealers to avoid recurring funding delays.
• Maintain professional relationships with program participants and dealers to ensure proper submissions.
• Manage risks within the scope of responsibilities.
• Communicate with members and auto dealerships to gather information needed to complete loan processing.
• Provide detailed comments in reference to conversations with members and dealers concerning all loans.
• Cross-train to verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants and fund applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Every other Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm with Tuesday off. Adheres to underwriting policies and procedures.* Reviews required verification documents from dealers and members for accuracy and legitimacy and displays strong problem-solving skills. Coaches dealers as needed to avoid recurring funding delays.* Displays professionalism; maintains positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to ensure proper application submission.* Responsible for effectively managing risks within the scope of assigned job responsibilities.* Communicate with members and auto dealerships to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing.
