Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate indirect consumer loan applications from dealerships and lending partners, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Review loan, income, credit, collateral, insurance, and purchase documentation; identify discrepancies and request missing information.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, dealerships, members, and internal departments to satisfy loan conditions and expedite processing.
• Prepare, document, and fund approved loans; ensure terms, collateral information, and conditions are accurately entered in systems.
• Review loan contracts, purchase orders, invoices, titles, lien information, and insurance before and after funding.
• Coordinate with Title and Lending departments to process collateral, title, and lien documentation.
• Monitor funded loans for missing documentation and follow up with dealerships to obtain items within timeframes.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical loan records; ensure proper scanning, filing, and retention of documents.
• Provide timely, professional service to members, dealerships, and lending partners while upholding lending standards.
• Identify potential credit, fraud, or policy issues and elevate them as needed.
• Keep current knowledge of credit union products, lending regulations, and indirect lending practices.
• Protect confidential member information and comply with policies, controls, and laws.
• Perform audit and onboarding calls to members; perform related lending and administrative duties as assigned.
