Job summary

EECU in Fort Worth is seeking an Indirect Funder I to verify dealer contracts, ensure state and internal compliance, and finalize funded loan packets within 24 hours. You’ll review dealer documents, calculate reserves, and liaise with dealerships to resolve discrepancies while maintaining audit-ready records for lien perfection.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Banking/Financial services and indirect auto lending, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication

Qualifications

• Must have indirect auto background and knowledge of credit union operations.
• Analytical skills and computer proficiency are essential.
• Strong decision‑making ability and high attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with dealers to obtain complete loan packets.
• 1+ years in Banking/Financial industry and 1+ years in Indirect Auto Lending.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify documents in dealer loan packages for compliance.
• Work with dealerships to correct and finalize contracts outside guidelines.
• Confirm all state‑mandated forms are present and correct.
• Calculate dealer reserves and dealer chargebacks accurately.
• Collaborate with dealers to resolve reserve discrepancies and corrections.
• Provide audit‑ready documentation for lien perfections, chargebacks, and reserves.
• Ensure lien recording within state mandated timeframes.
