Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in Consumer Lending, preferably indirect processing with dealerships.
• Lending Certified.
• NMLS License.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with ARCOS, Seamless and DNA systems.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy of indirect and third‑party vendor consumer loans.
• Process and fund loans; verify accuracy in all systems and GAAP mappings.
• Track loan status and advise dealers to clear funding issues.
• Handle dealer inquiries within SLA and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments on processing and onboarding.
• Address compliance and audit issues; provide resolutions to Processing Manager.
• Maintain strong knowledge of lending products and documentation requirements.
