Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy of indirect and third‑party vendor consumer loans.
• Process and fund loans; verify accuracy in all systems and GAAP mappings.
• Track loan status and advise dealers to clear funding issues.
• Handle dealer inquiries within SLA and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments on processing and onboarding.
• Address compliance and audit issues; provide resolutions to Processing Manager.
• Maintain strong knowledge of lending products and documentation requirements.

What You’ll Do

The Consumer Lending Indirect Processor plays a crucial role in supporting the lending department by processing loans. This position ensures all necessary indirect or third‑party vendor documentation is in place and that the loan funding process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Thursdays will be off. This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a hybrid or remote set up.

Core Contributions

• Review Loan Applications: Ensure completeness and accuracy of indirect and third‑party vendor consumer loan applications, verifying all conditions and income to comply with lending policies and regulations.
• Process and Fund Loans: Prepare and send documentation, verifying accuracy in all systems when loans are funded, including knowledge of general ledger mapping from LOS to CORE and interfaces to other systems.
• Pipeline Management: Track loan application status to ensure timely processing and interact with dealers to advise and clear funding issues.
• Dealer Inquiries: Manage dealer inquiries within the service level guidelines related to the loan process and provide updates. Inquiries may come as a phone call or via the LOS.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless loan processing, lien perfection, and member onboarding.
• Compliance and Audit: Address compliance and audit issues, providing resolutions and keeping the Processing Manager informed.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of lending products, conditions, income review, and acceptable documentation.

Assets You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years in Consumer Lending, preferably with experience in indirect processing and communicating with dealerships.
• Lending Certified.
• NMLS License.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with ARCOS, Seamless, and DNA systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $28.99 to $34.06 per hour.
