Zusammenfassung

SubCom is seeking a Contracts & Procurement professional to draft and review indirect contracts, manage RFI/Q/P processes, and support supplier negotiations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, build supply chain policies, and ensure contract lifecycle alignment with SubCom objectives.

The role is based in Newington, NH or Baltimore, MD, with potential travel to other sites. Strong negotiation and Oracle/contract software experience are required.

• Coordinate contract development and supplier negotiations.
• Manage contract review through to execution.
• Develop supply strategies and identify new supplier sources.
• Issue RFIs/RFPs/RFQs to access supplier capabilities.
• Perform cost/price/value analyses for supplier offerings.
• Maintain contract database and lifecycle documentation.
