Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience with focus on construction, facilities, maintenance, or capital projects.
• Experience sourcing contractors, engineering services, or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement of construction services, contractor labor, and materials via RFx and bid evaluations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for TAR activities aligned to business priorities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Monitor supplier performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery; resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to support planning and execution.
• Identify cost savings through bidding, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis.
