The Chemours Company in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing of critical raw materials within Corporate Procurement. You will shape category strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and drive value with cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and Finance.

The role requires 10+ years in chemical procurement, strong negotiation, data analytics and vendor management skills, and the ability to influence at executive levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or engineering.
• MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic sourcing process and develop global category strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate supply risk for key materials.
• Lead negotiations and contract management to achieve best TCO.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and dashboards.
