Qualifications

• Five years of financial services experience including three years of consumer lending underwriting.
• Indirect Lending experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with Meridian Link, Episys and Synapsis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate indirect auto loan applications, assess borrower and collateral risk, and render sound credit decisions in accordance with underwriting standards and policies.
• Communicate credit decisions clearly and professionally to members, dealers, and internal partners.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with members, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage underwriting workflows to ensure timely decisioning, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Partner to contribute to market profitability through responsible volume generation and dealer management.
