HP, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Tech for HP Indigo to improve customer experience through installation guidance, site-specific information, and access to contacts.

You will support pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery with tailored solutions for large and complex accounts, using proactive monitoring and on-site escalation when needed. You will mentor teammates, coordinate departmental work, and drive improvements through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Typically 6–8 years of related work experience, preferably with HP products in customer base, account management, on‑site customer support, or mission‑critical systems

Responsibilities

• Enhances customer experience by providing overview of installation activities, site information, and contacts.
• Addresses customer-relation challenges promptly, delivering guidance and escalating issues per protocols.
• Provides software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support.
• Delivers services including tailored solutions to large, enterprise accounts addressing their requirements.
• Uses proactive monitoring to identify opportunities to prevent problems and improve experiences.
• Provides site support for break-fix activities and leads onsite escalation with third-party providers.
• Applies extensive knowledge to resolve complex issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinates departmental work, mentors the team, and serves as escalation point.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and ensures effective business controls through analysis.
• Coordinates functional work within the department and fosters positive relationships with associates and management.
