Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience performing responsible clerical or administrative duties.
• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education may substitute for the required experience.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona driver's license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, determine eligibility, and coordinate referrals for indigent services.
• Interview and counsel applicants, vendors, and stakeholders on entitlement rules.
• Oversee disposition processes and coordinate with funeral homes and facilities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, secure data retention, and proper handling of decedents' property.
