Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Associate for the Midwest team based in Indianapolis. This onsite role focuses on optimizing warehouse and field operations, staffing, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to support a growing fleet.

You will hire and coach teams, build efficient processes, monitor KPIs, and help drive revenue growth in the Indianapolis region while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year in an Operations role.
• Background in industrial engineering or operations management.
• Experience leading teams or groups.
• Familiar with Indianapolis region operations and needs.
• Growth mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support for repair, deployment, and retrieval.
• Build a safe, compliant warehouse that supports a operable fleet for Indianapolis and surroundings.
• Define new processes to drive operational excellence in warehouse and field.
• Partner on operations projects to identify regional expansion opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and performance.
