Lime is seeking an Operations Manager for our Los Angeles warehouse. You will lead end-to-end operations, oversee fleets of vehicles, and manage maintenance, parts, and staffing to ensure efficiency and safety.

You will drive KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data analytics to improve performance. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path to impact a global mobility platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations management or related field.
• Strong data analysis with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to execution.
• Knowledge of P&L and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
• Monitor repair output and ensure fleet readiness.
• Set KPIs for mechanics and coach performance.
• Manage parts, inventory, and tools with accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with fleet ops, logistics, and product teams.
• Analyze warehouse data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Lead projects like backlog reduction and tool standardization.
