Job summary

The Bridger Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to expand presence in Indiana by building strong relationships with lumber yards, dealers and distributors. You will drive new business, manage existing accounts, and train customers to promote product adoption and sell-through across the state.

You will operate independently, prospecting daily, maintaining CRM activity, and delivering proactive account planning to achieve territory goals and maximize growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a territory with lumberyards, dealers and distributors.
• Track record of developing new business and expanding market share.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, stocking decisions and distributor process.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with lumberyards, dealers and distributors across Indiana.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through stocking and product adoption.
• Work with distributor sales teams and lumberyard staff to create demand and drive sales.
• Conduct product training, demonstrations and customer visits to support knowledge and sell-through.
• Own the territory independently, including prospecting, CRM activity, follow-up and account planning.
