Job summary

WestGroupe is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative for a full-time role in Indiana. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, conducting presentations, and negotiating terms of sale.

This is a commission-based position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in outside sales, preferably in optical or fashion, and a proven ability to meet targets while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in the optical or fashion industry is a plus.
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Ability to engage and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Travel and car required.
