The State of Indiana, through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), seeks a Customer Service Representative 2 at the Pine Valley BMV branch in Fort Wayne, IN. You will administer driving exams and assist customers with titles and registrations, while processing transactions with a focus on accuracy and service.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, being 21+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel for training or branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to branch locations or training.
• Customer service experience and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Familiarity with Indiana driving laws and vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer skills tests and evaluate driving skills.
• Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs.
• Maintain privacy of customer records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Attend training classes and/or certification tests as required.
• Substitute for Customer Service Representatives as needed.
