Job summary

You will evaluate knowledge and adherence to traffic laws with calm, patient service; candidates must be 21+, have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and be able to travel up to 20% for training and outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license for at least the preceding 12-month period.
• Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time to branch locations, training, or branch-related community activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer skillstests and evaluate driving skills.
• Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs.
• Maintain compliance with Indiana driving laws and licensing/registration requirements.
• Attend training classes and certification tests as required.
• Maintain privacy of customer records and data.
• Substitute for Customer Service Representatives as needed.
