We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Washington As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations including food and beverage service staff management and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Managing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained at all times
• Training and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Creating work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Conducting regular meetings with staff to communicate expectations and address any concerns or issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
• Overseeing the hiring training and development of new employees

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of managing budgets controlling costs and increasing profitability
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month
