Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on wound care to patients during home visits.
• Perform wound debridement using suitable methods.
• Apply topical wound care products and wound management therapies.
• Recommend related services to improve healing outcomes (labs, imaging, referrals).
• Interpret diagnostic tests and follow up accordingly.
• Prescribe medications and/or DME per scope and collaboration with supervising physician.
• Assess diabetes-related risks per ADA guidelines.
• Educate patients and coordinate with PCP/CM/physicians on care plans.
