Woundtech is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Phoenix, AZ team. The role involves conducting home visits for wound care, performing debridement, applying treatments, and coordinating with physicians to ensure optimal healing outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold an NP or PA degree, maintain national certification, and have 1–3 years of advanced practice experience. A valid AZ license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and autonomous practice are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate NP or PA degree from an accredited program.
• National certification as NP or PA; wound care certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of advanced practice experience.
• Active, unrestricted license as NP or PA in the state.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on wound care to patients as directed by Woundtech.
• Perform wound debridement using appropriate methods.
• Apply topical wound care and related products.
• Recommend ancillary services to improve wound healing outcomes.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and determine follow-up.
• Prescribe medications and/or DME within scope of practice per supervising physician.
