Job summary

Biltright Turf in California is seeking an experienced Outside Sales closer to own a regional territory. You’ll sell to Home Depot and Lowe’s customers and homeowners who value quality, backed by our trusted brand and a proven, commission‑driven model.

You’ll train thoroughly, manage your region end‑to‑end, close big-ticket deals, and build your own pipeline with uncapped upside. Mileage is reimbursed, plus benefits, PTO, holidays, and 401k; remote work is possible when you’re not on a customer

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience.
• Big-ticket sales track record of $5k+ in-home deals.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Owner's mindset with region ownership and accountability.
• Road-ready with valid license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a regional territory in CA.
• Close sales with homeowners and retailers such as Home Depot/Lowe's.
• Build a client pipeline and follow leads with warmth and professionalism.
• Present product, pricing, and installation process to customers.
• Maintain records, report weekly results, and manage timing.
