Job summary

Biltright Turf is recruiting for an Outside Sales professional who will own a region and drive turf installations from kitchen-table to finished yard. You’ll close high-value deals, manage dealer relationships, and operate with independence in Home Depot and Lowe's contexts.

This commission-only role rewards performance with uncapped earnings based on contract value, plus mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, PTO, holidays, health benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closer with demonstrated ability to close high-value sales.
• Track record of closing $5k+ per home visit and building a sales pipeline.
• Ability to own a region, manage dealer relationships and big-box partners.
• Owner mindset with focus on region growth and profitability.
• Valid license and insurable vehicle; comfortable using tablets for on-site quoting.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined sales region with Home Depot and Lowe's partners.
• Generate and book appointments, design and price turf installations.
• Close deals at high ticket values and track performance weekly.
• Communicate with customers from kitchen-table to installation finish.
