Biltright Turf in Boise is seeking an experienced Outside Sales closer to own a region, selling to Home Depot and Lowe's stores with warm homeowner leads. You’ll control your calendar, set appointments, and close deals using a proven process.

The role is commission-only with uncapped earnings, mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, 80 hours PTO, paid holidays, healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k. A flexible schedule keeps you in the field and in control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing high-value in-home sales.
• Track record of closing big-ticket deals in a consumer environment.
• Ability to build and own a regional pipeline and schedule.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of regional results.
